GlowUpFinder is an online directory platform that connects consumers with beauty and aesthetic service providers. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for consumers to browse, compare, and review those services. We do not provide beauty services ourselves and are not a party to any transaction between consumers and businesses listed on our platform.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews or business listings.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to it.
• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Service or collect data without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

Reviews and Ratings

When you submit a review or rating, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that your reviews are based on genuine personal experience and are truthful and accurate.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any review that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is fraudulent, is abusive or defamatory, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Business Listings

If you submit a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information included in the listing and that such information is accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline to publish any listing at our discretion. Business listings submitted through our platform are subject to review and approval before being published.

5. Business Listings and Claims

Businesses listed on GlowUpFinder may be added by our team, by the business owner, or by third parties. We strive to ensure listing information is accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.

Business owners may claim their listing through our claim process. Claiming a listing allows the business owner to manage and update their business information. We reserve the right to verify the identity and authorization of anyone attempting to claim a listing and may reject claims at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by TPS Worldwide LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The GlowUpFinder name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of TPS Worldwide LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any portion of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including business websites, booking platforms, and social media profiles. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY BUSINESS LISTED ON THE SERVICE WILL PROVIDE SATISFACTORY SERVICES; OR (D) ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

We are a directory platform and do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any beauty or aesthetic services. Any appointment, transaction, or interaction between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TPS WORLDWIDE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TPS Worldwide LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TPS Worldwide LLC.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
