DMCA & Content Removal Policy

TPS Worldwide LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the GlowUpFinder website and services. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL(s) on our site where the infringing material is located.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices as soon as possible. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a good-faith attempt to contact the party that posted it.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Maricopa County, Arizona, if your address is outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

3. Content Removal for Businesses

Business owners and authorized representatives may request removal or correction of their listing information on GlowUpFinder.

Photo removal requests are processed promptly. Photos sourced from Google Places will be removed upon request.

3b. User-Submitted Photos

This policy applies to all content on GlowUpFinder, including business listing photos submitted by business owners through our platform. If a business owner has uploaded a photo that infringes your copyright, please follow the takedown process described above.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
